About the Company

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect & Skilled Services Manager to lead solution design, customer consulting, and professional services delivery across Enterprise, PSU, and GCC customers.

About the Role

The role will primarily focus on Network and IT Infrastructure Services while supporting Cloud, Security, Data Center, Managed Services, Automation, and AI-led transformation initiatives. The individual will be responsible for managing a team of 20+ engineers and consultants, driving delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, technical governance, and solution innovation.

Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture & Customer Engagement
- Understand customer business and technical requirements and design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
- Lead solution design across Network, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Data Center, and Managed Services domains.
- Conduct customer workshops, assessments, solution discussions, and technical presentations.
- Develop architecture documents, implementation strategies, migration plans, and technology roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership during customer engagements and strategic initiatives.

Professional Services Leadership

- Lead and manage a Professional Services team of 20+ engineers and technical specialists.
- Drive successful execution of Network, Compute, Cloud, Security, and IT Infrastructure projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Own resource planning, utilization management, capability development, and team mentoring.
- Establish delivery standards,



governance frameworks, and technical best practices.
- Manage project escalations, risks, and customer communications.

Network & Infrastructure Services (Primary Focus)

- Provide architectural leadership across:
- Enterprise LAN/WAN
- SD-WAN
- Campus & Wireless Networks
- Network Security
- Data Center Networking
- Managed Network Services
- NOC Services
- Infrastructure Modernization Programs

Infrastructure, Cloud & AI Services

- Support solutioning and delivery across:
- Compute & Virtualization
- Cloud Infrastructure & Migration
- Cyber Security Services
- Data Center Services
- End User Computing
- Managed Services
- AIOps & Automation
- AI-powered IT Operations
- Enterprise AI Transformation Initiatives

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services, Professional Services, Solution Architecture, or System Integration.
- Strong expertise in Enterprise Networking and Infrastructure technologies.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing technical delivery teams.
- Proven experience leading teams of 20+ engineers and consultants.
- Strong understanding of Network, Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, Security, and Data Center technologies.
- Experience working with Enterprise, PSU, Government customers.
- Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Exposure to AI, Automation, AIOps, and emerging infrastructure technologies is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Candidates from System Integrators (SI), Infrastructure Services, Professional Services, or Managed Services organizations.
- Experience managing infrastructure transformation, network modernization, and enterprise deployment projects.
