Email Campaign Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Email Campaign Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead nurturing, and business growth. If you're passionate about marketing automation, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making, we'd love to hear from you.

Preference will be given to candidates based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute promotional, nurture, lifecycle, and drip email campaigns.
- Manage email campaign calendars, audience segmentation, and list hygiene.
- Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and drip campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, CTAs, and send times to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics including open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product,



and Sales teams to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing or Marketing Automation.
- Experience working in B2B, SaaS, Healthcare Technology, or technology-driven organizations will be preferred.
