10 + years

Salary per annum:
20 Lakhs - 30 Lakhs (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Your primary focus is on bringing business from various clients (Telecom/Financial Services/Retail) from onsite and offshore
- Develop objectives for the call centers and operations day-to-day activities




- Developing strategies to gain more banking / financial clients
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources
- Experience as business development manager , marketing head / sales head / centre head
Budgeting and tracking
- Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures
- Doing market research to get more clients
