Position Summary:

This role requires a dynamic leader with over 15+ years of experience in the software

industry, responsible for managing Project Managers/leads, ensuring timely and quality

project delivery, handling customer escalations, and establishing robust processes,

templates, and metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITIL, Agile

methodologies, and hold a PRINCE2 or PMP certification.

Key Responsibilities (Role & responsibilities):

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality

outcomes.

- Manage and mentor Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and

continuous improvement.

- Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues, driving timely resolution

and ensuring satisfaction.

- Develop and implement standardized templates, processes, and metrics for

consistent project execution.





- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project

performance and identify improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align delivery strategies with organizational

goals.

- Drive the adoption of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and project management standards

across teams.

- Lead resource planning, delivery insights, and risk assessments.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are

understood and met.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to processes and

governance frameworks.

- Proactively manage project risks and ensure effective mitigation strategies are in

place.

- Leverage over 18 years of experience in the software industry to lead complex, highimpact US projects.
