- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or related field.
- Robust communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in international voice processes is an added advantage.
