Senior Manager – Investment /Holding Companies

- Spearheads corporate investment strategy, capital allocation, and portfolio management. You will evaluate M&A; opportunities, oversee due diligence, and manage financial risks across subsidiaries and assets to maximize shareholder value and drive organizational growth.

Core Responsibilities

Finance and Accounts:

- Lead accounts, finance & taxation functions for investment and holding companies.

Portfolio Strategy:

- Oversee and optimize the group's diversified investment portfolio,



aligning asset allocation with the holding company's long-term financial objectives.
- Evaluate asset performance, manage liquidity across holdings, and coordinate budgeting workflows
- Drive treasury, fund management and capital allocation strategies.
- Value Investing and longterm capital allocation.

Investment Execution:

- Lead the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including origination, financial modeling, valuation (DCF, LBO, multiples), and commercial due diligence.
- Support M&A;, business restructuring and strategic decision-making

Subsidiary Oversight:

- Monitor the operational and financial performance of subsidiary companies, tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate financial, commercial, and regulatory risks.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, regulatory and relevant statutory regulations.
- Enforce local and international regulatory frameworks, tax strategies, and audit controls.

Stakeholder Relations:

- Prepare comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and external stakeholders (investors, banks).

Consolidated Reporting:

- Oversee multi-entity ledger closures, inter-company reconciliations, and group-wide financial statements.
- Manage group consolidation, budgeting,



MIS and financial planning.Preferred candidate profile

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA 1st attempt or 2nd Attempt with 2-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or a holding company structure.

2. Advanced proficiency in constructing and reviewing complex financial models, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing.

3. Strong expertise in Accounts, Finance & Taxation.

4. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

5. Strategic mindset with solid analytical capabilities

Portfolio Yield:

Percentage growth of the investment portfolio against the established market benchmark.

Deal Velocity:

Number of successful M&A;/investment deals evaluated, negotiated, and closed annually.

Internal Rate of Return (IRR):

Targeted IRRs achieved on exited or maturing investments.

Capital Efficiency:

Optimization of liquidity management and cost of capital.
