Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for customer journey design and orchestration • Solid expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) including schemas, segmentation, and Real-Time Customer Profile • Proficiency in API integrations and managing cross-platform data flows • Experience in real-time data processing and event-driven architectures • Strong understanding of workflow configuration, decisioning logic, and personalization strategies • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights • Good knowledge of omnichannel campaign execution (Email, Web, Mobile) • Experience in troubleshooting and production support for AJO/AEP platforms • Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem tools (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target) valuable to have • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative delivery environments
