Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and business savvy Senior Business Analyst with 3-6 years of expertise in requirements management, business process analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and enterprise scale solution delivery within healthcare or similar domains.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead end to end requirements gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution recommendations
- Translate business needs into BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct impact analysis for enhancements, dependencies, and system changes
- Serve as liaison between business users, product owners, architects, QA, and development teams
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, stakeholder validations, and sign off sessions
- Support Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives
- Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
- Analyze data patterns, validate integration rules, and support data quality assessments
- Track requirement traceability and ensure timely closure of risks, issues, and dependencies
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation or optimization opportunities
- Act as SME for enGen platforms, healthcare operations, and enterprise workflows

REQUIREMENTS

- Must Have

- Minimum 6 years of BA experience
- Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
- Expertise in BRD documentation, process mapping, Agile/Scrum, UAT
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for nontechnical audiences
- Strong analytical, criticalthinking, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to lead initiatives independently




- Hands-on experience in tools such as JIRA, ALM, SQL, and API testing platforms.

Valuable to Have

- Knowledge on US HealthCare system.
- Agile/Scrum exposure
- Experience working with US clients
- Exposure to claims, enrollment, provider data, or care management systems

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for complex healthcare and operational initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Partner with product, engineering, operations, and client teams to drive end to end delivery
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization
- Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and business case development
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and cross functional alignment
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, quality, and operational standards
- Develop documentation: workflows, BRDs, FRDs, acceptance criteria, and reporting requirements
- Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
- Act as a subject matter expert for enGen platforms, healthcare operations, and business processes

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong background in healthcare, payer operations, or enterprise platforms
- Expertise in business process modeling and requirements management
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, dashboards)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to lead initiatives with minimal supervision
