Job Title: Food Business Manager / Operations Manager F&B;

Department: Operations

Location: Chennai, Thoraipakkam

Experience: 2 to 8 years (experience in managing multiple food outlets/restaurants)

Male candidate preferred.

Job Purpose:To oversee and manage the operations of multiple food outlets, restaurants, and kiosks within Chennai, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, adherence to food quality and hygiene standards, manpower efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end operations of multiple restaurants, kiosks, and food outlets.
- Ensure all outlets meet sales targets, maintain cost control, and deliver high-quality food and service.
- Handle manpower planning, staff deployment, training, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards across all outlets.
- Conduct quality checks for consistency in food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and wastage control for cost efficiency.




- Collaborate with kitchen teams for menu planning and product development.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle customer feedback proactively.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, statutory, and safety regulations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in F&B; operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in Hotel Management / Food Technology / Business Administration or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in managing multi-outlet food operations or restaurant chains.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent understanding of F&B; operations, food quality, and hygiene protocols.
- Good communication and customer service orientation.
- Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and vendor coordination.
- Versatile to travel across outlets within Chennai.
