We are hiring for

GCP Architect

The architect will be responsible for endtoend solution architecture, data integration, realtime streaming pipelines, 3D/IoT modelling, and cloud-native deployment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture

- Design the end-to-end GCP architecture for ingestion, processing, simulation, storage, analytics, visualization, and orchestration.
- Architect scalable, secure, and modular solutions, covering:
- People flow
- Asset movement
- Equipment telemetry
- Environmental systems
- Operational KPIs

2. Data Engineering & Real-Time Processing

- Build realtime ingestion pipelines using Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Datastream, IoT Core alternatives.
- Integrate IoT sensor data, operational databases, OT systems, and external APIs.
- Design time-series data models using BigQuery, Bigtable, Cloud Storage.

3. Platform Development

- Define architecture for:
- Real-time simulation engine
- Event processing
- Predictive & prescriptive analytics
- 3D visualization layers (e.g., Unity/Unreal/Google APIs)
- Knowledge graphs (optional)

- Evaluate and integrate technical frameworks (Google Digital Twins, open-source, or custom).

4. Security & Governance

- Implement IAM, VPC, network security, data governance, encryption, and compliance standards.
- Define monitoring using Cloud Monitoring, Logging, Error Reporting.

5. Collaboration & Leadership

- Work closely with product owners, data scientists, IoT engineers, terminal SMEs, and operations teams.
- Define architecture blueprints,



best practices, governance frameworks, and reusable components.
- Mentor engineering teams on GCP best practices & cloud-native development.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

- 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in cloud architecture (GCP preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- GCP Compute: GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions
- GCP Storage/Data: BigQuery, Bigtable, Spanner, AlloyDB, Cloud Storage
- Streaming: Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Datastream
- AI/ML: Vertex AI, model serving, MLOps (bonus)
- IoT Integration: IoT Core alternatives, MQTT brokers, sensor platforms
- APIs: Apigee / Cloud Endpoints

- Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
- Knowledge of 3D engines, simulation frameworks, or digital twin technologies is a strong advantage.

Domain Skills (Preferred)

- Experience in:
- port terminal operations
- Logistics / warehousing automation
- Industrial IoT (IIoT)
- Real-time operational systems

Soft Skills

- Robust communication, documentation, architecture presentation.
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving and innovation mindset.

Education

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification preferred.
