Responsible for sourcing and hiring IT professionals for clients across the GCC region. Manages end-to-end recruitment, ensures timely submissions, and maintains strong coordination with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates via Naukri Gulf, Bayt, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen profiles, assess technical fit, and submit shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain daily trackers and ensure timely client updates.
- Understand GCC hiring norms, visa categories, and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance during hiring.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-5 years of IT recruitment experience (Gulf hiring preferred).
- Knowledge of GCC job portals and market/visa rules.
- Solid communication, multitasking, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelors degree in HR/IT or related field.
