- Partner with Shared Services and local HR teams to ensure accurate and compliant configuration of HCM Reporting modules in Workday.
- Help to design and maintain Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Document templates and EIBs.
- Participate in configuration updates and testing cycles.
- Collaborate with the other HRIS team members, Integration and AMS teams to ensure smooth data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, propose enhancements, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Support training and documentation efforts for stakeholders, including People Partners and regional HR teams.
- Monitor Workday releases and coordinate impact assessments and testing.
- Contribute to HRIS projects such as Absence Management workshops or AI deployment.
Qualification :
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience,
with deep expertise in HCM Reporting configuration. Absence and Time Tracking is a plus.
- Robust understanding of calculated fields, eligibility rules, and business processes.
- Experience working in a global or multi-country environment
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors.
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Team spirit
- Workday certifications is a plus
