Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled VMware & Windows Administrator (L2) to manage and support enterprise Windows Server and VMware infrastructure. The role involves server administration, virtualization, Active Directory management, backup & recovery, incident resolution, and infrastructure monitoring while ensuring high availability and SLA compliance.

Key Skills

- VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter Administration
- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO)
- Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Provisioning & Management
- Backup & Recovery (Veeam/Acronis or equivalent)
- Infrastructure Monitoring (SolarWinds, Nagios, vROps or similar)
- ServiceNow, ITIL, Incident & Change Management
- Basic Storage (RAID, SAN/NAS) and Data Center Operations
- Windows Server Patching & Performance Troubleshooting




- Basic Networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN)

Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain VMware and Windows Server environments.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Perform VM provisioning, cloning, snapshots, migrations, and patching.
- Monitor infrastructure health and resolve L2 incidents within SLA.
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure changes and troubleshooting.
- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Support data center operations and maintain system availability.

Preferred Certifications: VMware VCP, Microsoft (MCSA/AZ-104), ITIL Foundation.
