We are looking for an experienced AI Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and agentic transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with a robust background in Java engineering, AI frameworks, and enterprise transformation, who can bridge business strategy with AI-driven technology solutions.

As an AI Transformation Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign business processes, implement AI-native workflows, and drive measurable productivity improvements using LLMs, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise AI transformation and agentic workflow initiatives.
- Partner with business and engineering teams to identify AI adoption opportunities.
- Drive process discovery, redesign, and optimization using AI and Design Thinking principles.
- Define KPIs and measure the business impact of AI-powered solutions.
- Work closely with Java engineering teams to build scalable AI-enabled enterprise applications.
- Design and implement AI-native workflows using modern AI frameworks and LLMs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful AI adoption and change management.
- Provide technical leadership and influence enterprise-wide AI strategy.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, consulting, or technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot,



and enterprise application development.
- Good understanding of React or Angular (preferred).
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Spring AI.
- Knowledge of AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of intelligent automation, process transformation, and change management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
