Key Responsibilities

- Record cash, card, UPI, and bank transfer transactions.
- Generate accurate GST invoices and customer bills.
- Reconcile daily cash collections, bank statements, and cash drawers.
- Maintain general ledgers, journals, and daybooks.
- Monitor inventory records and stock movements.
- Verify physical stock with system inventory during stock audits.
- Record old gold exchange values, melting charges, and making charges.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.
- Manage TDS compliance and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Ensure accurate financial records and statutory compliance.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime
- Solid knowledge of GST
- Experience in Income Tax (IT) Returns
- Good accounting, reconciliation, and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Salary based on experience
