Job Summary

Jubilant FoodWorks is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead shift teams, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, achieving business targets, and ensuring compliance with food safety and company standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor food preparation, product quality, and service speed to meet brand expectations.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage shift scheduling, manpower deployment, and attendance.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve productivity and performance.
- Control inventory, minimize food wastage, and ensure accurate stock management.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily reconciliation.




- Coordinate with restaurant management to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Support local store marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, equipment, and overall store appearance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in the QSR, retail, hospitality, or food service industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
