- Operate flexo printing machines to produce high-quality prints on flexible packaging materials.
- Ensure accurate color matching and shading to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with production team members to optimize print quality and efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in flexo printing or related field (packaging industry).
- Solid knowledge of color matching, shade matching, and printing processes.
- Proficiency in operating flexo printing machines and handling various types of flexible packaging materials.
