Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior AR Caller with a minimum of 3 years The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), insurance claim follow-up, denial management, and payment posting. The candidate must be capable of handling payer calls independently and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
- Analyze and resolve denied, rejected,
and underpaid claims.
- Review EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs to identify payment issues.
- Work on aging reports to reduce outstanding AR.
- Handle appeals and claim resubmissions based on payer guidelines.
- Ensure maximum reimbursement by resolving claim-related issues promptly.
- Document all actions and call outcomes accurately in the billing system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve coding and billing discrepancies.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as defined by the organization.
- Stay updated with payer policies, HIPAA regulations, and industry standards.
