Role & responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust relationships with assigned clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct daily face-to-face client meetings to understand business needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure clients actively use IndiaMART services and keep their product/service e-catalogs updated and accurate.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, client retention, and achieving fortnightly and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve client queries and complaints promptly while ensuring timely follow-ups and successful issue closure.

Preferred candidate profile

- Male candidates preferred
- Graduates with relevant 9+ months sales experience.
- Minimum 65% marks in 10th and 12th.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field/client meetings.
