The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and growth of profitable new business. This position will be responsible for all aspects of managing business development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.

Experience : 3 - 6 years

Work Mode : Full Time, Work from Office

Shift : US Shift

Location : Nungambakkam, Chennai

Role & Responsibilities

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of commendable and reference able experience in Marketing offshore IT Services in the US/Canadian Markets playing vital role in the entire Sales Process.
- Responsible to: Business Development Manager
- External relationships: New Business
- Internal relationships: The Business Development Team, Project Delivery Teams
- Responsible for goals to acquire new business,



expansions in to markets and geography
- Lead new business development initiatives in sourcing, managing, and implementing new business opportunities
- Responsible for new campaign strategies and results from campaigns
- Presales including presentation, estimates and proposal preparations, and other activities towards acquiring the new customer
- Willingness to work in a challenging setting with well-defined targets and performance goals.
- Experience working with an offshore software development company will only be considered as relevant.
