Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative with 510 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and hospitals, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and generate prescriptions for the company's products by regularly meeting doctors, specialists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Plan and execute daily field visits as per the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the management.
- Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and stockists.
- Organize CMEs, doctor meetings,



and promotional activities to enhance product awareness.
- Submit daily call reports, expense statements, and other sales reports on time.
- Comply with all company policies and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Pharm, B.Sc., or Life Sciences preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong network with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
