Role & responsibilities

- Installation of lift/elevator systems at customer/project sites

- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults in lifts

- Erection work as per technical drawings and safety standards

- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of installed lifts

- Managing and resolving site-level escalations promptly and professionally

- Providing after-installation service support to clients

- Coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and clients across multiple locations in India

- Maintaining service records, reports, and documentation for each site visit

Preferred candidate profile

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics (preferred)

- Proven experience in lift installation, erection, or maintenance

- Solid troubleshooting skills (mechanical + electrical/control panel)

- Willingness to travel extensively across India

- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written) mandatory

- Good communication skills for client-facing escalation handling

- Ability to work independently at remote sites
