What Will You Do in This Role?

- Develop object-oriented models and design efficient data structures for software applications.
- Build and implement business logic and data models through robust and scalable application design.
- Perform software analysis, development, testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Recommend software solutions that address evolving banking and financial services requirements.
- Solve complex technical challenges through innovative and practical approaches while maintaining ownership and accountability.
- Build systems that are scalable, performant, reliable, and maintainable.




- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Youll Need to Be Successful in This Role

- B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring REST APIs, Spring Security, JSP, Web Applications, MS SQL Server, Redis, OAuth2, and jQuery.
- Excellent coding skills with solid fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, and complexity analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, coupled with effective communication skills.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Working knowledge of software architectures, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and deadlines.
- Prior experience in Banking, Fintech, or a related domain will be an added advantage.
