About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically sound Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) to join our Life Cycle Services (LCS) team.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh diploma engineers who are passionate about heavy engineering, field service, and industrial equipment.

Training Details :

- Total Training Duration: 6 Months
- 4.5 Months: Alwar, Rajasthan
- 1.5 Months: Bengaluru, Karnataka

After successful completion of training, candidates will be deployed at project/customer sites across South India based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the maintenance and operation of crushers and screening equipment.
- Support installation, commissioning, inspection, and troubleshooting activities.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and assist in equipment repairs.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
- Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.




- Coordinate with senior service engineers during field assignments.
- Travel to customer locations whenever required.

Eligibility

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work at customer sites and travel extensively.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Candidates must belong to South India.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in field service.
- Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Versatile to relocate and travel as per project requirements.
