Job Description
Design develop and implement Order Management solutions within ServiceNow aligned with client requirements Demonstrate handson experience with Order Management implementations Customer Service Management CSM experience is a plus Customize and configure ServiceNow modules including service portals and knowledge management to optimize user experience Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze order processing workflows and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions Integrate Order Management workflows with other enterprise systems for seamless data exchange Provide technical support troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure system stability and performance Participate in system upgrades testing and deployments following best practices and compliance standards Stay current with ServiceNow platform capabilities AI usage in workflows and industry best practices to drive innovation Document all configurations workflows and processes related to Order Management implementations
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical resource for Order Management projects liaising between clients product managers and development teams Develop and maintain workflows business rules UI policies and catalog items focused on Order Management within ServiceNow Manage incident problem and change management processes following ITIL and ServiceNow governance standards Lead functional workshops and training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer to endusers and support teams Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including developers architects and project managers to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions Monitor system performance identify risks and recommend enhancements to improve platform capabilities Support user acceptance testing by preparing test scenarios and coordinating with stakeholders Foster a team-oriented team environment emphasizing communication innovation and continuous learning
