About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend inbound and outbound calls from US-based clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide prompt solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions




- Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when necessary

Requirements:

- Fresher and experience people can apply
- Any Graduate Or Undergraduate
- Excellent spoken English skills are mandatory
- Comfortable with US Night Shifts
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Flexible with rotational week offs
