Job Role- French Language Designation - SPE

Work mode Work from office

Skills & Experience Required We are looking for a French Language Specialist with 1 to 5 years of experience in Contact Center/BPO operations to provide exceptional customer support through Voice, Chat, and Email channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in French (C1/B2 level) and English, with a customer-centric approach and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Note - Candidate should be excellent communication in french
Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via Voice, Chat, and Email.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately using CRM tools.
- Follow standard operating procedures and achieve quality, productivity, and SLA targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service in both French and English.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Skills

- 1 to 5 years of experience in Contact Center/BPO operations.
- Excellent communication skills in French (C1/B2 level mandatory) and English.
- Experience handling Voice, Chat, and Email support processes.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer/system navigation.
- Solid customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience supporting international customers is preferred.
- Experience in a multilingual customer support environment is an added advantage.
- Flexible In shift Night (24/7)
- Notice period- Immediate 30 Days
