Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of associates to deliver both sales and service targets through effective coaching and daily performance management
- Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition, ensuring high team engagement
- Monitor KPIs such as SLA , Attrition,Shrinkage, CSAT, Quality and other key metrics to drive results
- Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and enhance performance.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate
- 5 to 10 years of experience with a proven track record in leading Contact Center teams and consistently achieving targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exposure to BFSI, Telecom, or Service industries preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
