Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and research-driven UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in modern design tools, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Build interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder reviews.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Expertise in wireframing, mockups, and interactive prototyping.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, Human-Centered Design, and Design Thinking.
- Experience conducting user research,

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing enterprise SaaS or AI-powered applications.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks is a plus.
- Experience working with developer handoff processes and design documentation.
