Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Product Owner / Digital Commerce Experience
Generic eCommerce / digital retail experience across web and mobile app channels.
Specific experience with bottom-of-funnel commerce products such as cart, checkout, fulfillment, and payments.
Ability to own a sub-product area end to end, for example digital payments, product recommendations, or account registration.
Understanding of agile digital operations,



leveraging Azure DevOps / ADO toolset for backlog, sprint, and delivery tracking.
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar data tools for KPI measurement, analysis, and actionable insights.
Ability to perform basic financial analyses to support product prioritization and benefit tracking.
Understanding of digital retail technologies including search platforms, CMS, APIs, service layers, and integrations.
Availability to overlap with CST hours up to at least noon or 1 PM CST.
Good-to-Have Digital health / pharmacy domain experience is preferred.
Robust analytical, critical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with constantly changing priorities and delivery deadlines.
Experience collaborating with design, engineering, QA, operations, and business teams in distributed environments.
