At enGen, you will radically reshape our healthcare portfolio, designing intuitive, consumer-first digital experiences that empower everyday users. Because healthcare is an ecosystem, you'll also design the vital connection points for providers and clinical managers ensuring the experience is cohesive on both sides of the screen.
We need a proactive designer who can untangle complex workflows, build scalable consumer design patterns, and partner with a stellar team of researchers, PMs, and engineers to ship products that genuinely help people.

What You'll Do
* Advocate for the Consumer: Transform complex health data and clinical workflows into simple, human, and highly engaging digital experiences.
* Bridge the Ecosystem: Design seamless end-to-end journeys that connect consumer needs with provider and clinical manager workflows.
* Lead Product Discovery: Drive cross-functional discovery, using research and workshops to build team alignment and product clarity.
* Design Systems at Scale: Build and evolve scalable interaction models and patterns that hold up across multiple consumer and provider touchpoints.
* Champion Accessibility:



Keep empathy at the center by making WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards a first-class requirement.
* Deliver with Precision: Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes and pristine Figma specifications for agile development.
* Elevate the Craft: Lead design critiques, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative, inclusive design culture.

What You Bring
* Consumer Product Mastery: 4+ years of experience shipping high-polished, user-centric consumer digital products (backed by strong examples of shipped work and measurable impact).
* Ecosystem Thinking: Proven ability to handle complex backends (like clinical or provider data) and translate them into simple frontend consumer experiences.
* Accessibility (A11y) Fluency: Deep commitment to inclusive design, with a track record of meeting WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA criteria.
* Design System Fluency: Solid judgment in applying, extending, and scaling modern component systems.
* Figma Expertise: Advanced prototyping skills optimized for fast user testing and smooth engineering handoffs.

Bonus Points
* Experience designing AI-enabled consumer products (smart recommendations, personalized health insights, model-driven experiences).
* Strong background in leading design workshops and co-creation sessions with users and stakeholders.
