Role & responsibilities

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up with US insurance companies.
- Review and resolve denied, rejected, and unpaid claims.
- Work on claim status, payment follow-up, and appeals.
- Analyze EOBs and take appropriate action to maximize collections.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Document account updates accurately in the billing system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 1 to 5 years in US Healthcare AR Calling.
- Experience in Physician Billing or Hospital Billing.
- Strong knowledge of Denials Management, Appeals, and Insurance Follow-up.




- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shift.
- Immediate to 60 days notice period preferred.
