Role summary :

Project Manager to lead our Controls Engineering and Digital Twin initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between advanced manufacturing equipment and cutting-edge IIoT environments. You will steer end-to-end project delivery, guiding process changes, equipment design, and the deployment of real-time analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Controls Engineering Leadership

•Independently lead projects to qualify new or improved equipment, processes, and products.

•Provide ongoing analysis of current technology to ensure manufacturing systems achieve broader company objectives.

•Lead and manage current and existing process and equipment design changes.

•Collaborate directly with product and solution marketing teams to execute strategic programs and product launches.

•Support OEM customers and sales teams on systems and architectures during the solution sales process, utilizing solution-selling skills to demonstrate technical advantages.

•Capture customer needs, translate them into machine requirements, and design optimized architectures aligned with expected performance.

•Work within established guidelines under general direction, exercising flexibility in method, priority, and timing of job duties.

Digital Twin & IIoT Expertise:

•Analyze and map customer IT/OT/IIoT environments to design applications for data collection and device integration.





•Spearhead solutions focused on delivering real-time operational intelligence, moving beyond standard OEE reporting to provide deeply actionable, live insights.

•Lead the ideation, prototyping, and screening of relevant IIoT technologies and tools.

•Manage technical end-to-end project delivery, setting coding standards, leading design reviews, and ensuring deliverables meet stringent quality metrics.

•Design solutions that align seamlessly with the strategic technological direction of the company.

•Act as the primary technical point of contact, cultivating and maintaining solid, trust-based customer relationships.

Required Qualifications:

•Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.

•8 - 12 years of relevant, hands-on experience in Controls Engineering and delivering Digital Twin / IIoT solutions.

•Hands-on experience in PLC and SCADA programming, troubleshooting, and industrial automation integration is mandatory.

•Robust foundational understanding of industrial automation systems and architecture design.

•Proven knowledge of IT/OT integration and industrial communication protocols.

•Exceptional problem-solving abilities paired with solid customer-facing interaction skills.

•Willingness to travel Internationally (Including US), Vald US Visa would be a plus.
