Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new business systems and processes.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on quality control best practices.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in an employment firm or recruitment services company.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Experience with quality control software and tools is desirable.
