As Cluster Lead FI Sales, you will lead FIAs nancial inclusion business across a large regionowning
revenue, protability, compliance, and people. Your decisions will directly shape how banking and digital
services reach millions across rural and semi-urban India. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong
business judgment, people leadership, and a deep understanding of the nancial inclusion ecosystem.

Scale and strengthen the CSP/BC network across rural and semi-urban markets
Unlock growth through cross-sell of payments, digital products, and hardware

Ensure regulatory compliance and partner bank discipline
Improve eciency and plug revenue leakages

Who You Are

12-15 years in Sales or Business Leadership roles
Deep experience in Financial Inclusion, BC models, Banking, or Fintech
Robust track record in channel management and bank partnerships
Comfortable owning P&L; and scaling large regions
A people-rst leader with sharp commercial judgment
