Role & responsibilities

The incumbent will lead in activities Power Train Assembly Product confirmation and process validation activities to achieve Quality conformity , New product validation and Quality system establishment , Achieve Quality metrics through problem solving and analysis of internal and external quality concerns.

Preferred candidate profile

4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in EV / Power Train / Quality Function for OEMs,



tier-1 automotive suppliers Expertise in Electrical Vehicle Power Train manufacturing / quality function /Design development Proficiency in process and product validations Expertise in New product establishment process Expertise in Power train line Evaluation & End of line Quality process Expertise in Power train issues diagnostics and analysis systems Expertise in DOE / 8D / QC TOOLS problem solving methodology , Candidates should have hands-on experience on Quality Standard documentations PFD / QCPC / FMEA /JES etc Candidates should have robust knowledge on Design and drawing validations , SOP manual and check sheet evaluations Experience in Field issues resolution activities Expertise in MIS Preparation and man power management

Note: Diploma candidates need not apply; BE or BTech graduates with EV powertrain or EV motors Manufacturing Quality can apply
