Roles & Responsibilities:

- Seeking a Business Analyst with deep domain knowledge in payments, including USD clearing and foreign market clearing.
- Should be familiar with how payments are sent and received across various channels such as SWIFT, MT, MX, ISO, CBPR+, US Federal Reserve, New York Clearing House, and similar systems in foreign markets like CHAPS and TARGET2.
- Must have a robust understanding of payment flows in both the US and international markets.
- Should understand the investigation process, including types of investigations such as Beneficiary Claims (non-receipt), Unable to Apply,



Amendments, Cancellations, etc., and the process to resolve them.
- Expected to interact directly with clients and act as the face of EvonSys.
- Client satisfaction is critical; should be able to communicate clearly and articulate professionally.
- Will attend client meetings, conduct discovery sessions with larger audiences, and also work one-on-one as required.
- Should be prepared to bring solutions to problems and highlight risks or potential blockers.
- Act as a translator between business and technical teams.
- Responsible for deliverables such as meeting minutes, user stories, process flows, data mapping, and other client-required artifacts.
- Should be able to analyze client data to determine volumes, values, and other metrics to assess business value.
- Must be familiar with industry tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
