Responsibilities:

- In this role, you are responsible for promoting our portfolio in energy automation and distribution systems, tailored to the specific needs of a given vertical or application. This is done in close collaboration with our regional colleagues and directed toward customers and partners.
- - Your goal is to inspire and motivate customers with the benefits and performance of our portfolio so that they adopt them to meet their requirements.

- To achieve this, you independently create and maintain sales enablement materials (slide decks, brochures, playbooks, vertical-specific content) in collaboration with Product Management team, make them accessible, visually appealing according to Siemens Design Guidelines, and maintain on the sales enablement platform to support the sales teams in effectively communicating the value proposition of our portfolio.
- - Plan and execute promotional activities such as presentations, workshops, webinar sessions, marketing campaigns, for customers and sales colleagues in close coordination with our regional teams and marketing teams.

- Lead the end-to-end process of webinar planning and execution with the marketing team. This includes selecting relevant topics, coordinating with speakers, preparing content, managing technical logistics, and conducting follow-up activities together with Customer Success Management team to maximize audience engagement, knowledge transfer and lead generation.
- - Interface with Marketing and Communications Departments: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all promotional materials and campaigns.



Collaborate on the development of marketing strategies and content that effectively communicate the value of IoT applications.
- - Drive and organize vertical and applications presence at global and regional fairs, industry events, and customer events. Responsibilities include planning setup and logistics, preparing promotional materials, and ensuring effective representation to attract and engage potential customers to build awareness and generate leads.
- - As part of your tasks, you also responsible for preparation of C-Level presentations.
- Qualifications and Profile

- You hold a successfully completed Bachelors or Masters degree inelectrical engineering,energy technology, marketing, business administration ortechnical computer science.
- You haveseveral years of qualified experiencein the field of technical marketing, product promotion, ideally in the energy, automation, IoT, or digitalization sectors
- You are accustomed to working in aninternational team environment.
- You thrive on challenges, are open to new topics, and are not afraid toproactively drive initiatives forward.
- You have excellent presentation, storytelling, and content creation skills,in fluent English capable of addressing complex topics in a way that is tailored to your audience. This enables you to confidently engage with colleagues, partners, and customers, continuously expanding your network as a valued point of contact. Further languages are an advantage.
- You have experience with sales enablement platforms and content management.
- You have collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional, and regional teams.
- You speak and writeEnglish fluently and confidently. Further languages are an advantage.
