Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Catalog Items.
- Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Develop Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Knowledge Base, and Service Portal.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and release management.
- Create technical documentation, design documents, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with business users, architects,



and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

- Solid experience with ServiceNow platform development.
- Hands-on experience with:
- ITSM
- Service Catalog
- Flow Designer
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- UI Policies/UI Actions
- ACLs
- Update Sets
- Service Portal

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Knowledge of CMDB and CSDM.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
