As an Engineering Management Trainee, you will go through a structured learning and development program designed to give you hands-on experience across key operational, technical, and client management functions.

This role is ideal for 2026 MBA graduates with B.Tech/B.E who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and people management and want to grow into future leaders within our business. This is a paid internship opportunity with the potential for conversion to a Full-Time Employee (FTE) role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire skill in client handling, project and people management, reporting & presentation.
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and improving project execution, workflow and automation apps, and service delivery metrics.
- Help prepare presentations for client interactions, business reviews, and project governance meetings and actively present.




- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support automation, data analysis, and process improvements.
- Analyze operational data, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Support operations leaders for effective cost management through resource planning, productivity tracking and governance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields) and a MBA degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workplace applications.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
