We are looking for a Projects Incharge with 10+ years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, handling site execution, coordinating with clients, managing project activities, and ensuring projects are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning of site work
- Manage day-to-day project execution at sites.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Supervise site work, labour, and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
- Prepare project reports and coordinate billing.
- Resolve site-related issues and provide regular updates.
- Travel to project sites across India when required.
Candidate Profile
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project execution.
- Positive communication and coordination skills, Hindi will be added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of project planning and site management.
- Willing to travel across India.
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Chennai Stationed and traveling across India.
