- 1-3 years of experience in Chargeback, Disputes, Fraud Claims, or Card Operations within the US Banking domain.
- Positive understanding of Visa and Mastercard chargeback rules.
- Knowledge of debit card, credit card, ACH, and electronic payment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and banking applications.
