key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Construction/EPC HR experience (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of BOCW, CLRA, ISM, and other construction-related statutory compliances
Hands-on experience in labour licensing, registrations, renewals, and compliance management
Expertise in end-to-end recruitment and manpower hiring for construction projects
Positive knowledge of HR operations, employee documentation, and statutory compliance
