Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Senior Recruiter to manage daily team operations, drive performance, mentor team members, and ensure the achievement of business goals.

Role & responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end Overseas Blue-Collar Recruitment.
- Source candidates through Recruitment Agents, Naukri, Job Portals, Referrals & social media.
- Manage and expand the Recruitment Agent Network across India.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring talents.
- Coordinate with Overseas Client and ensure timely candidate mobilization.
- Maintain candidate records in CRM and prepare recruitment reports.

Skills:

- 3 - 6 years of Overseas Blue-Collar Recruitment experience.
