Job location - MEPZ, Tambaram Sanatorium

5 days work with Sat and Sun Fixed off

US Shift 7.00 p.m. to 4 a.m.

No Pickup and drop

Cab will be provided for drop alone to the nearest bus stand or railway station

Pick up is only form MEPZ entrance to Sightspectrum office

What will you do as a US IT Recruiter

Understand client job requirements and technical skills needed.

Source candidates' resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

Screen candidates for skills, experience, and communication.

Verify work authorization (USC, GC, H-1B, OPT, etc.)

Match candidate profiles with client requirements.

Obtain required documents such as RTR and updated resumes.





Submit qualified candidates

Coordinate and schedule interviews.

Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback.

Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding of selected candidates.
