Role & responsibilities

- Promote the company's diagnostic and laboratory services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet clients and increase brand awareness.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and awareness programs.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit performance updates.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology a related field.
- 13 years of experience in field marketing, healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or medical sales.
- Strong communication,



negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Must possess a positive attitude, professional appearance, and valuable presentation skills.
- Candidates with a two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
