- Construction Supervision Site Execution Monitoring Oversee day-to-day site progress to ensure construction is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor contractors activities, manpower, equipment deployment, and work methods.
- Inspect critical activities such as foundations, concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, waterproofing, finishing, etc.

- Report unsafe practices and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Participate in site safety audits and toolbox talks.
- Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate daily site records: progress, manpower, equipment, material receipts, inspections, and issues.
- Review contractor's submissions: shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), method statements, material submittals, and RFIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing progress, delays, risks, and mitigation measures.
- Assist in verifying contractor bills by validating measurements and executed quantities.
- Contract Compliance Monitoring Ensure contractor activities align with contractual obligations and specifications.
- Identify deviations from the scope of work and raise early warnings or change requests.
- Support the client in claims assessment, variation verification, and delay analysis.
- Ensure statutory approvals (local authorities, setting, utilities) are complied with.
- Project Delivery Handover Support Ensure snag lists/punch lists are prepared and closed within timelines.
- Verify as-built drawings, OM manuals, test certificates, and handover documentation.
- Support the client during project commissioning, final inspections, and handover.
- Certify that the built structure meets all quality, safety, and design requirements
