Hiring: AR Caller cum AR Analyst Night Shift (WFO)

Global Healthcare Billing Partners Pvt Ltd is looking for AR Caller cum AR Analyst professionals who are willing to work in a Night Shift, Work From Office role at our Vepery, Chennai location.

Job Location

- Vepery, Chennai
- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Shift Details

- Night Shift
- Candidates must be comfortable working in US healthcare night shift timings

Transportation

- No cab facility provided
- Candidates should be able to manage their own commute

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on unpaid and underpaid claims
- Analyze AR aging reports and identify claim issues
- Perform claim status checks and regular follow-ups
- Handle claim denials, rejections, and rework




- Update and maintain accurate claim notes in the billing system
- Ensure timely reimbursements and meet productivity targets
- Coordinate with internal billing and coding teams when required

Eligibility / Requirements

- Experience in AR Calling and AR Analysis preferred
- Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle management
- Willingness to work night shift and WFO (mandatory)
- Immediate joiners preferred

- This position is strictly Night Shift + Work From Office
