Role & responsibilities

Business Development & Customer Management

- Manage assigned OEM accounts and serve as the primary customer interface.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with purchasing, engineering, quality, and program management teams of OEM customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and support acquisition of new programs.
- Participate in RFQ, RFI, and sourcing activities from customers.
- Drive customer engagement to increase share of business and support strategic growth initiatives.

Commercial Management

- Lead preparation and submission of techno-commercial quotations.
- Conduct pricing analysis, cost breakdown reviews, and commercial negotiations with customers.
- Support annual price revision discussions and cost recovery initiatives.
- Monitor profitability of customer accounts and drive margin improvement actions.
- Ensure timely closure of commercial agreements and customer contracts.

Program & Project Coordination

- Coordinate with Program Management teams .
- Monitor project timelines and support successful SOP.
- Act as customer escalation point for commercial and program-related issues.

Market Intelligence





- Track automotive industry trends, customer strategies, vehicle launches, and competitive activities.
- Analyze market opportunities in ICE, Hybrid, and alternative fuel segments.
- Prepare business forecasts, customer demand projections, and sales plans.
- Generate periodic reports on sales performance, market developments, and business opportunities.

Customer Satisfaction & Supply Coordination

- To ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Support resolution of customer concerns related to supply, quality, and commercial matters.
- Participate in customer reviews and business planning meetings.
- Drive actions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Internal Coordination

- Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain functions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Industrial Engineering)
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- Solid understanding of automotive OEM business processes
