Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification required; ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager strongly preferred.
- Domain-specific certifications in Trade Finance (as an advantage).

Preferred Experience:

- 8+ years of QA experience in banking, with at least 3 years dedicated to Trade Finance systems, and a proven record of independently leading test teams and end-to-end test delivery owning test strategy, planning, estimation, defect governance, and stakeholder reporting.
- Proven track record testing front-end digital portals and complex core banking integrations.
- Proven track record of testing complex financial integrations, including SWIFT messaging,



local clearing networks, and Core Banking system integrations (Temenos T24).
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing end-to-end test scenarios for multi-system, multi-channel financial workflows.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
- Exposure to test automation frameworks and scripting for financial testing scenarios.
- Experience supporting regulatory compliance testing and audit evidence preparation in a banking context.
